Product Overview
HPS8228M Multi-Channel Network Encoder is an encoding device for IP broadcasting. It is equipped with 8/16/24/32/40/48 HDMI-input channels with HEVC/H.265 and MPEG-4 AVC/H.264 video encoding and MPEG-1 Layer 2, LC-AAC, HE-AAC audio encoding and AC3 Pass through. It can transfer the live program through the internet/LAN and output IP streams over UDP (Unicast/Multicast), SRT, RTSP, RTMP, HTTP and HLS, and the output signals can be received by PC, phone and other mobile terminals. HPS8228M enables you to watch the programs via your IP STB, PC or TV anywhere.

* Support 8/16/24/32/40/48 HDMI inputs, with 8/16/24/32/40/48 SPTS output (each encoder module with 8 HDMI inputs and 1 DATA port, only supporting SPTS without “Null Packets”, Not MPTS), max 48 HDMI inputs from 6 encoder modules
* HEVC/ H.265 , MPEG 4 AVC/H.264 video encoding format
* MPEG1 Layer II, LC-AAC，HE-AAC audio encoding format and AC3 Pass Through, and audio gain adjustment
* Support IP Output over UDP (Unicast/Multicast), SRT, RTSP, RTP, RTMP, HTTP and HLS
