Outline
HPS3510 multi-channel transcoder supports to convert multiple video formats to H.264/H.265 based on software. With enhanced hardware, it presents superior performance with high reliability and stability. It is typically used to reduce video bitrate and more effectively utilize the tight network bandwidth resources.
