The HP600-8A audio encoder enables simultaneous encoding and multiplexing of 8 channels of analog stereo or 8 channels of digital AES/EBU audio within a 1RU chassis . It supports 8 SPTS/1 MPTS outputs, 2 ASI outputs, and 2 independent gigabit network ports that serve as backup IP outputs for each other .
