Product Overview
Catcast HP8228S-N network encoder is an encoding device for IP broadcasting. It is equipped with 8/16/24 HD MI channels input with MPEG-4 AVC/H.264 video encoding and LC-AAC or HE-AAC audio encoding. The signals source could be from STB, PC, TV and etc. It can transfer the live program through the internet/LAN, and gives IP out over UDP (Unicast/Multicast), SRT, RTSP, RTMP, HTTP and HLS, and the output signals are to be received by PC, phone and other mobile terminals. HP8228S-N lets you access your IP STB, PC or TV anywhere to watch your programs.

• Support 8/16/24 HD MI inputs, with 8/16/24 SPTS output (each encoder module, only support STPS, NO MPTS), max 24 HD MI inputs
• MPEG4 AVC/H.264 video encoding format
• MPEG1 Layer II, LC-AAC，HE-AAC audio encoding format and AC3 Pass Through, and audio gain adjustment
• Support IP Output over UDP (Unicast/Multicast), SRT, RTSP, RTP, RTMP, HTTP and HLS
• Support QR code, LOGO, caption insertion (Language Supported: 中文, English, العربية, ไทย, हिन्दी, руская, اردو for more languages please consult us…)
• Support “Null PKT Filter” function
• Control via web management, and easy updates via web
